Things you can do to stay healthly include having a plan with family and friends on what to do if you become ill. Get medication refills so no outside visits to the doctor will be needed. Wash hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use al alcohol-based sanitizer and rub hands for at least 20 seconds. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough and sneeze, then throw it away and wash your hands. Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects daily. Eat well and drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep to boost your immune system.
